Drinking water hot or cold, keeps your body healthy and hydrated.
But when?
Research says water should be taken in a funnel structure. That means, since morning till evening the water intake should be in a reduction manner. More intake in the day times and less after the evening time. Question is, do we follow the same? Absolutely, a big No. Right? Today our generation is dealing in a fast-paced environment and due to which our lifestyle has changed a much. A bad lifestyle, be it in terms of eating or drinking. Right?
Atleast, we can start improving our diet with small steps. Nowadays, we have technology introduced that keeps us in line with eating and drinking. Like, the digital water bottle that reminds us to drink water in intervals. At least, technology in this way is much effective, Right?
Now, what about warm water in morning practice?
See, a cup of warm water creates steam. Holding a cup of warm/hot water and taking a deep inhale of this gentle vapor may relieve in nasal congestions. As the water moves through your stomach and intestines, the body is better able to eliminate wastes, means good digestion.
As the winter has arrived, drinking warm fluids can help reduce shivering. It helps quickly in maintaining the body temperature.
Lets together make a change and a habit to take warm water in first when you are awake. It will taste different, but mind it it will be for few days. Have good days ahead!
